That should be the only term and condition that Israel should demand. These cease-fires are used by Hamas and other terrorist elements in Gaza to scurry around looking for other missiles. They have relative freedom of movement, because Israel is bound by a cease-fire -- whose terms only Israel accepts and honors. It is time that Israel demand complete and unconditional surrender. We will demilitarize Gaza. Someone can be in charge, but they can only have a modest police force. There is no need for terrorist training camps, and there is no need for irregulars, or guerrilla, terrorist "troops."
If they choose not to comply, Israel should continue its assault on Gaza, until there is nothing left standing and its population has been scattered to the winds.
If they want a war; we should give them a war. Up until now, Israel's been playing with them. Toying with them. Show them what a real war looks like. Then, perhaps, they will come to their senses. Assuming they have any.
