1. Dear Diary

Dear Diary, No! The Nobel is mine! I deserve it! It belongs to me! No fair! It's all Bogie's fault! He said unkind words about me and hurt my feelings! Wait! I know. I'll make a Genghis Khanian push into the peace process next year. Yes, it's time for the gloves to come off! I'll sacrifice whoever and whatever it takes to get my prize. Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes! I love you, Dear Diary. Hooray for me!!! J
2. Everybody rejoice, a good choice

I mean, the Swedes could have picked Hassan Rohani as well. After all, they're Swedes.
3. congratulation to the winners for a highly deserved prize
CJK   (10.10.14)
for once, the nobel committee found the just cause and the deserving people who fight for the cause. the oppression, exploitation, degradation, sexual slavery and objectification of children is a high crime which must be eradicated. those who fight to do so, doing so while endangering their own lives, deserve the highest praise and all honours.
4. Political correctness run amok again in Scandinavia
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (10.10.14)
Nobel Prize Committee is equalizing Islamic savagery with Hindu child oppression. While what happens in India to children is horrible, the Islamic barbarism is far worse for everyone, children, women, men, Muslims and Infidels. But Nobel Prize Committee its infinite wisdom could not single out Islam for fear of a death Fatwa and lumped Hinduism as equal to Islam.
5. Oh, for pity's sake
Sarah B ,   U.S.A. / Israel   (10.11.14)
The Nobel Peace Prize is actually supposed to mean something. If my lovely golden retriever gets shot by a terrorist, can I nominate him for the Nobel Peace Prize? I suppose if the Nobel Committee can grant a peace prize to Yasser Arafat (may his name be cursed throughout eternity) and Hussein Obama, then anything is possible. I guess the Nobel Committee forgot the rules this year. (Well, actually, for a lot of years.) Can someone point me to the literary exploits of Malala Yousafzai? I cannot find a single published tract. The only thing in her favor is a bullet in the head. Don't get me wrong -- I feel for her plight -- but the Nobel Peace Prize? Sorry. I don't think so.
