There really is no reason why Israel should not annex Judea and Samaria -- nonsovereign territory that Israel reacquired in the course of fighting a DEFENSIVE war against Jordan -- and of course Israel is not required to offer citizenship to the Arabs therein, because they are not stateless. They are, in fact, citizens of Jordan. So I guess we could send them there. But why not just give them a chance to put their freshly-minted "unity government" with Hamas into practice? But territory? Forget about it. Judea and Samaria belong to Israel. That's just black-letter international law. Of course, we can revisit that should the French ever decide to relinquish Alsace and Lorraine to Germany. Poland would need to restore East Prussia and the Polish Corridor to Germany, of course, and Croatia would need to return the province of Istria to Italy.
