1. Obama and his underlings have LOST
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (03.23.15)
their gamble against the Jewish state.
2. Obama stand by your words
Dan   (03.23.15)
"We will look to the next Israeli government to match words with actions and policies that demonstrate a genuine commitment" Like the commitment Obama made during his election campaign on June 4,2008 when he said that " Any negotiated agreement between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, he said, “must preserve Israel’s identity as a Jewish state with secure, recognized, defensible borders. And Jerusalem will remain the capital of Israel and it must remain undivided.” Will the real Obama please stand up?
3. A Palestinian state is a VERY bad idea
David ,   New york   (03.23.15)
A base for terror, right in the heart of Israel. This would be a catastrophe for israel and bad for the U.S. too The Palestinian Arabs never had a state and the only reason they want one is so that they can destroy israel. So why should any (sane) Israeli prime minister agree to that??
4. this's the idiot Obama listens to for advice?
Scott ,   Ramat Gan   (03.23.15)
What occupation?? The PA has its own parliament, courts, security force, education system, media (which constantly air anti-Semitic programs), ambassadors. They were offered as state multiple times. Now they've included Hamas terrorists in their government. Isarel can not allow another Hamastan kilometers awat from the capital & just 30 km from Tel Aviv.
5. McDonough picked the right audience
Rabbi Yakov Lazaros ,   USA   (03.23.15)
If an Obama spokesman wants to attack Israel then J street is the place to go. Had he made those same remarks in front of Aipac or any other Pro-Israel audience he would have been booed off the stage. J Street is a leftist organization funded by European enemies of Israel.
6. Netanyahu must not ignore jerk Obama's c**n s**t comment
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (03.23.15)
7. Obama and Netanyahu
Larry Akers ,   Usa   (03.23.15)
I am neither israeli nor jewish but I am a friend of Israel. I sympathize with the pm's concerns about two states, but the trouble is that the pm sticks with the status quo - an occupation of stateless people indefinitely and doesn't try to "move the ball ". Isn't it time to put a single state (perhaps a federation) on the table? The pm should talk to people like rivlin and bennett and come up with a plan for a more benign occupation or a single state, each with safeguards for the jewish people. I'll bet many west bankers would be interested. They don't want to be stuck behind the separation fence forever.
8. Obama staff member puts foot in mouth again.
Robert F. ,   New York, USA   (03.24.15)
Is this the same White House senior staff member who called Netanyahu a chicken sh**t, or is he the rocket scientist who called him a "coward" for not bombing Iran?
9. American People's Re-Evaluation
max ,   Washington DC   (03.24.15)
595 days till the American People re-evaluate the Democratic Party Leaders treatment of israel.
10. Nothing wrong with being the kid that shouts: "the Emperor
(03.24.15)
has no clothes". If our PM is that child, more power to him. Sooner or later the Americans will wake up to the fact, that they're governed by a clique of impostors. Either totally incompetent, or (what's worse) with much more sinister agenda. They've tried to lull the population with "Obamacare" and other opiates, while steadily undermining (and succeeding) USA global position.
11. I beg your pardon Mr McDonough . .
Mike ,   RKDH   (03.24.15)
Your ignorance is inexcusable. One can only assume that it is the by-product of an American education. The so called West Bank was part of ancient Israel . . know as Judea & Sameria. The Palis claimed it in the 1950's for themselves and even claimed Jerusalem as theyr capital. Considering that the Jewish people have a 3500 year history (before America was even discovered) in that area just who the hell are you calling the occupiers. Your ignorance is breathtaking . . . but then why should I be surprised ! RKDH
12. Israel ahasnd Pres. Obaba
jschmerin ,   Philadelphia, USA   (03.24.15)
It is very true that you cannot ignore the PM's comments. It's not that the Obama administration doesn't see the realities on the ground no, instead the administration holds a different world view than any of his predecessors. His approach I can only describe bluntly, e.g.; it's not America's problem, and this largely stems from an African-American non-vision of the world. As far as this Deal with Iran, this administration will meet Iran on their terms because, under his world view, it's a problem over there, not his own and any deal will satisfy his policy goals, regardless of the regions dangers growing around Israel and its neighbors. In order to realize this Laissez-faire foreign policy approach, the administration will continue to ignore our alleys in the region. Lastly, an administration rethinking its policy toward Israel and its neighbors is most welcome for an approach that recognizes who the enemy is and acting in a way that strengthens its friends and weakens its enemies and does not compartmentalize the regional conflagration going on as we speak. And lastly, the animosity this administration holds against the PM resulted from waking up one morning and feeling that he no longer has the Senate to follow his world view.
13. Wake up to what lurks in Obama!
Benny ,   Iran   (03.24.15)
HIs "hateful diatribe now is mimed by his Arabist State Dept." It is indeed sad to see a Muslim-Black, who was given a chance to become President mostly thanks to extreme Jewish support & influence, wreak havoc for the Jewish world after sucking them dry with donations. Its time to send the" wolves-a-packing."
14. we can ignore completely when he talks to congress
hypocrites   (03.24.15)
15. What can you expect better from an Abomination jerk?
(03.23.15)
16. Netanyahu's "apology"
Jim Kendall ,   Kentfield, CA USA   (03.24.15)
Netanyahu "apologizes"; for the very anti-Palestinian words that he Knew would bring out the insecurities of the voters, and get him re-elected.
17. Israel
M. Gerald FRIED ,   Skokie il USA   (03.24.15)
As usual it's Israel fault. Not Abbas who wants to join hamas Hamas is a terrorists organization. Abbas maps that don't show Israel text books that show Israel in bad light. Streets named for terrorists.paying terrorists families for terrorists in Israel prison money. Abbas has rejected all offers of peace. PThey want imaginary right of return but no Jews can live in their state . You can't make peace when only one side wants it.Novarab country want the palestians people as citizens. Look at Jordan. Hold Abbas for not bargain g in good faith. Not willing to compromise. Who going to protect Israel when there is a Palestian state attacking Israel? Or when Hamas moves into that state an attacks Israel. When a Democratic Party loses the Jewish vote. Thank Obama.
18. Obama's team sets the record for naivete + stupidity.
Sam ,   Canada   (03.24.15)
The Palestinians reject a Jewish state, Mr. Obama. What peace shall Israel make with them?
19. Any problem?
David Fakheri ,   LA USA   (03.24.15)
* NEVER AGAIN! * Can you and the others in the White house understand it well or you have problem with it?. Have a glass of cold water and think about it over again!.
20. Two States = Disaster for the Jews
Reuven Brauner ,   Raanana, Israel   (03.24.15)
Israel occupies an awfully small piece of land on the face of the Earth and inserting another - hostile - country on this little piece of territory would be suicidal for Israel and the Jewish people here. It really boils down to the fact that there is not enough room for the Arabs to have yet another country here (as if they do not have enough). For Jewish Israel to thrive and flourish we need the land to build on, settle in, develop and create a truly independent nation. All what Mr. Obama and his henchmen are trying to is weaken the Jewish presence in Israel. Their real motivation is to see us weak and dependent and they know full well that putting up an Arab state here would curtail indefinitely our dream of re-establishing a really Jewish country in all of the Biblical Land of Israel. How horrible that would be!
21. NOW is NOT the time
MadDad ,   Johannesburg RSA   (03.24.15)
Taking a chance on "political correctness" in the current ME environment is a BAD idea. Just look at all Obummer's other diplomatic "solutions" in place i.e. 0 We are depending on Netanyahu to keep Israel SAFE from Jehad - which will not happen if the PA is handed the keys cause they just aint strong enough to keep extremeism out.
22. the obama regime is hopping mad
C   (03.24.15)
they are spying on israelis, they are sending money and foreign agents to overthrow the netanyahu government, they are creating chaos in the entire region, they are negotiating with a genocidal terror regime for an abominable deal, yet israel will still not bend over.
23. Arab's atrocities O.can ignore..
ORA ,   JERUSALEM   (03.24.15)
with a clear conscience,usually a sign of bad memory,(might also be first signs of Alzheimer}
24. Why not? We ignore obamas comments....
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!!   (03.25.15)
Like "If you like your health plan you can keep your health plan." Right. MORE BUILDING LESS Obama!!!
25. # 3 David yes, it is.
BUILD BABY BUILD!!!!   (03.25.15)
Maybe when ISIS flies its flag over the While House, then, ask Israel why no two states? KEEP BUILDING obamas almost a thing of the past. A very bad thing of the past. BUILDING IS BOOMING !! And saving Jewish lives.
