There are shifts of population right now in the world usually from wars but also from Disease and Famine and horrific living conditions .Many Islamic people's have emigrated to Europe for Example to the UK to France and the Scandanavian lands .China moves peasants to make way for Megacities and Dams .There are Syrian Iraqi and Afghan Refugees .Then there are huge story buildings in the Arab gulf oil states so its a chaotic unjust anarchy. The idealistic dreams of the Utopian Socialist International Humanitarians from the late 19th Century have not been realised .People want tribes and heirachies and barbaric violence .
