1. Kerry not in a position to make predictions
Dan ,   DC, USA   (07.14.15)
Kerry in 2011 on Syria and Iran: Question: "Thank you. I’m Dave Pollock from the Washington Institute for Near East Policy. Thank you, Senator. I wanted to ask you what you think could be done to encourage democracy in Syria...?" SEN. KERRY: ... if we could advance the peace process with the Middle East, with Israel, I believe that Syria then has a different set of options other than hedging bets or sticking with the status quo...So my judgment is that Syria will move; Syria will change, as it embraces a legitimate relationship with the United States and the West and economic opportunity that comes with it and the participation that comes with it. IN MY JUDGEMENT - Kerry should not speak.
2. Nobel peace?
Jon ,   Uk   (07.14.15)
They should wait the 15 years to see if they kept their word and then talk about it some hopes
3. Kerry is lying about the alternatives at the negotiations
Alan ,   Canada   (07.14.15)
Kerry is distorting the facts. There were alternatives repeatedly proposed by the Israelis. Since only the sanctions compelled the Ayatollahs to come to the negotiations& since the US let it abondantly known that it was very reluctant to enter into a new armed conflict, then the only available tool was the use harder sanctions or the threat of, to get real concessions. This might have weakened the dispicable regime in Tehran. Instead the multiple bowing downs of the West have reinforced the regime's hold on power. The many "IFs" & "BUTs" in the 100 page agreement are open loopholes for near future ways to escape the scrutiny of the UN inspectors. The tricky ayatollahs need only to cooperate with the UN until 2016 when the sanctions are lifted. Once lifted they know they won't be reinstated & the iranian parliament has the power to unitarily revoke the agreement at each of its quarterly checks of US compliance with the agreement. The loopholes will give the parliament & Khomenei plenty of peccadilloes to complain about & to justify any obstacle they wish raising to defeat the clauses of the agreement.
4. OsaMA oBAMA
umish katani ,   fort lauderdale fl   (07.14.15)
If Obama and his side kick VP think a piece of paper with some ink will stop the Ayatollah and his cronies from going after a bomb, then i have a bridge for sale real real cheap...... Obama is a lightweight in the arab/farsi world of double talk and lying.
5. Obama has blessed it, what could go wrong?
JVC ,   LA, USA   (07.14.15)

7. Iran Deal
Gregg Bowman ,   Parksville, Canada   (07.14.15)
This deal is a crock of shit and we all know it....warm regards, Gregg Bowman/Canadian
8. who is laughing and laughing
C   (07.14.15)
the totalitarian genocidal shia terrorists are laughing. iran will retain all of its nuclear facilities, including its underground facility at fordow. the heavy water reactor at arak will be rebuilt and modernised. iran will continue its r&d on advanced centrifuges. iran will be considered a member of the npt like all other members without admitting that it had violated the npt or that it has an illegal nuclear weapons program. there will be a complete lifting of un sanctions as well as multilateral and national sanctions. who will monitor violations of the deal and its implementation: violations and implementation of the deal will be monitored by a joint commision of iran and the p5+1. there will be no inspections anytime anywhere by the iaea. this is a terrible deal, and its title says it all: " joint comprehensive plan of action " hence, the deal is in fact a plan, not a committment.
9. Kerry is a CRIMINAL mind !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (07.14.15)
Like his satanic boss.
10. "...because we haven't made any concessions..."
Dr. L. Brnd ,   San Diego, USA   (07.14.15)
It is the ease with which Kerry lies through his teeth that destroys all credibility of this agreement. Amazingly, this blow-dried buffoon and his boss keep repeating the Big Lie mantra that this deal "cuts off all avenues to a nuclear weapon", when, plainly, it does the opposite, guarantees Iran the right to build a bomb, as many as they like, after 2025...when it will be some other Presidents problem. And without being penalized by crippling sanctions. This is what the lying Kerry means by "no concessions were made"!
11. The USA leading will have to be Vigilant
Zola   (07.14.15)
The next momentum is USA vigilance strengthened by Israeli and the Tough Realists in the USA.The Gulfstates will need comprehensive reassurance that the Balance of Power Military and Political does not change .Israel and this includes the Israeli Arabs who will be regarded as necessary Shahids them and the Families in any massive war will need to develop a massive defensive capacity in the humble strip of Land.
12. Congratulation Mr. Secretery - Keep pounding !!! ,...
split   (07.14.15)
13. It all comes down to a single word...
mark ,   usa   (07.14.15)
But Steinmeier said the basis for the agreement was transparency and the ability to monitor Iran's compliance. "In the agreement, Iran has to commit to these monitoring possibilities. And we will make sure that the monitoring possibilities are also observed after this deal," he said. The keyword here is POSSIBILITIES. WTF Either monitoring is active and evaluation/analysis measures compliance OR monitoring is absent The 'possibilities of monitoring' is too... abstract, so WTF. It is too abstract because out the entire range of possibilties is the possibility of not being able to gain access to site/report for whatever plausibile reasonable reason at this given moment of time and space. So this deal throws the burden on the IAEA's separate side agreement. WTF What is an inspector/observer to do in these nonobservable events when the diplomats have too much invested in making the deal work. Will diplomats then legally consult the agreement that has defined observation as a possibility and then be expected to complain or will winks and nods be exchanged because diplomats have observed an accepted possibility. WTF

my true heir.
17. Better to be "OVER THE TOP"
ASTRONAUT ,   USA   (07.15.15)
than under par, mr. kerry...
18. Hard line France achieves a "great" promise from Iran
Alan ,   Canada   (07.15.15)
During the negotiations, France's representative tried to appear the most demanding in getting concessions from Iran. His posture may have to do with France recent first time large weapons sales to Arab countries which diverted their usual purchasing from the US as a way to demonstrate their anger against Washington's soft policy regarding Iran. But when it came to conclude the Vienna talks, France's main achievement was to get the Iranians to formally declare in the agreement that they renounce nuclear weapons. This sounds a bit like Hitler & Mussolini declaring in 1938, that after Austria was annexed & the Sudetenland occupied with the blessing of France & Britain, this would be their last conquest. We know how the two "rational" dictators rewarded the meek & naïve (?) Western leaders for their dishonorable concessions . Then too, kicking the can down the road did not matter for the West even if it meant giving away Czechoslovakia in the process without, of course, asking the Czechs if they liked it .
19. Iran deal
Gene Graczyk ,   Santa Rosa CA USA   (07.15.15)
None of you commenters, including Netanyahu have seen the full deal--I haven't either. Until Bibi has gone through the full package with advisors from the military, his comments are meaningless ranting. Bibi has been wrong in every one of his predictions regarding Iran--why even bother with him now? The alternative Bibi wants is for the US, not Israel, to start yet another war. Sorry, Bibi---fight at YOUR own risk.
20. The deal may stop Iran from...
Yunn Amram ,   Israel   (07.15.15)
Producing nukes, but releasing hundreds of billions of dollars to Iran will enable it to buy hundreds of nukes on the black market. Once bought, they can and will be sent to Hezbollah for "safe keeping". Time to start packing. Canada, here comes Yunan:(
21. Here's Why This is a GOOD Deal to Obama
MadDad ,   Johannesburg RSA   (07.15.15)
With this deal Obama has: 1. Kicked the Iran can over to the next president. 2. He has professional staff that will put a positive spin on it - cause that's what they do and are good at it. 3. He can list this deal as justifying his Nobel peace prize. 4. He can rally his die-hard Democratic Party to prevent it being vetoed. Here is where he went wrong in his negotiations for a BETTER deal: 1. He keeps declaring that there will be "no boots on the ground" in all conflicts. 2. He stopped ratcheting up sactions 3. He stopped ratcheting up the use of military force 4. Once he did all of the above - his ass was grass to the Iranian lawn-mower.
22. If Netanyahu says this is a bad deal...
Robert ,   Australia   (07.15.15)
...it can be guaranteed it is a good deal for the world.
23. If you Jews think...
Marco ,   Spain   (07.15.15)
that this agreement favors Iran, why don't you sign an identical one that favors Israel and it's nuclear program? No more free pass for G-d's allegedly "chosen people". You Jews are no better than the rest of us. The time for deceiving people is gone forever and you have to be accounable like the rest of us.
24. Within Five Years . . .
emanon ,   USA   (07.15.15)
I predict that withing five years, a "dirty" bomb will have been detonated in either Israel or on US soil (possibly both). The device will have been funded by Iran and deployed by an Iranian finded group, but developed by N Korea allowing iran to do an end run on this agreement.
25. If Robert says this is a good deal...
Steve Benassi ,   Silver Bay, MN USA   (07.15.15)
then he is in bed with the worst Islamists, first among them being Obama.
26. Mr. Obama Israel is not Lybia!
David Fakheri ,   L A U S A   (07.15.15)
Mr. Obama, Netanyahu is not just a person with high political post like you have in a country like yours that her president can do anything he wishes to fulfill his desires without to be owed any answers to any body!. If Netanyahu decides to stop Iran deal " which at least for now he has " the majority of the people's votes to back his decision to halt this sensitive effort of your country to make such a bloody evil deal with the greatest bloody enemy of the Jewish people since the Hitler's era . He has for sure the % 100 of the frightened but brave israelis to do the wise thing which every one agrees to it in israel. You are trying to make it look like that Netanyahu is acting on this issue as a personal ( bad ) feelings that he has against you ! but Mr. president if you don't know what does " jewish State and Israelis and prime minister of the Jewish state and the whole Jewish world mean in the political vocabulary of the world then give the fair advisors of your country to teach you what are the issues you have with Mr Netanyahu as the real representative of a nation called Israe and not the representative of a nation called lybia!.
27. #22:and that's why you should by all means stay in Australia
(07.15.15)
28. of ourse Netanyahu can't He is NOT the President of the USA!
David ,   Israel   (07.15.15)
Anybody with a modicum o intelligence should be asking the Prime Minister how he can expect the USA and the EU to help Israel in its battle for survival against the modern Nazi regime? Every time these "friends of Israel", the same friends that sent 6,000,000 Jews to the Gas Chambers, ask Netanyahu to stop the bulding on the West Back, he basically tells them to go to hell! Now he wants the EU to help? Would you help a friend who kicks you in the butt at each juncture? As for Obama, well, he is the son of a Muslim, he grew up in a Muslim country and then became a Christian with his mentor the Reverend Jeremiah Wright who is a rabid Jew hater! Another point worth remembering is that American and EU companies are falling over backwards to do business with the Iranians abd couldn't care a fig if millions of Jews die in the process. We all know, although some have clod their yes to the fact that many of these companies employed slave labor and supported Hitler! Surely the man who is responsible for the survival of the Jewish People in our Homeland and abroad should realize that to be right is good but it is better to be wise?
29. Bibi CAN Do
