the insurance company "9000000" / IAI sells policies for travel abroad as long as you are a RESIDENT AND a CITIZEN. This means, that thousands of Permanent Israeli residents, that are NOT Citizens of the State of Israel (don't hold Israeli passport) are barred from purchasing the insurance!
Upon inquiry through their telephone hotline, I did not get any further than the operator, although I requested to be connected to the legal department.
WHY is this company writing in their "small letters", that purchasers have to be Residents AND Citizens and not AND/OR??
