I've been a loyal flyer of US Air now American Airlines. Flying the Philadelphia- Tel Aviv route many times a year. Very disappointed. I have decided to stop flying AA and will begin flying El Al, which I know I can count on. By the way, I have been a Platinum cardholder with well over 1 million miles on AA.
