1. The longer the strike lingers -
Arn. ,   Sweden.   (08.22.15)
- the more blunt and costly it will be for Iran and its people, because more/bigger/blunter force must be employed but, " Better late then never " !. Arn.Sweden.
2. YA'ALON IS GOOD FOR NOTHING
TEL EM STRAIGHT ,   SAFED HONESTY   (08.22.15)
Moshe Ya'alon is worthless ,a waste of space .All he is good for is supporting Gay Parades in the Holy City.

Zechariah   (08.22.15)
Israel can predict its capacity but there is chaos and fog of war .israel capacity in Home front defence Missile shield and second strike capacity have to continue with the emphasis on maximum survivabilitypreparedness .The Shoahs the horrific warnings
8. yaaalon has to go back to the old soldier
mark   (08.22.15)
sincee he attached himself to bibi, he has become overly political and like bibi, anemic in land operation of gaza,or at least with a result did not damage th pchyche of hamas. Yaalon has to trigger the plan to attack iran since US talks and treaty only help iran.It is beyond bibi''s ability. One thing though in yaalon's favour. He broke west bank terror while ehud barak failed miserably at it.. As for diskin and dagan, they wanted to join olmert in a business which tells you how disqualified they are. Dagan was good under sharon direction but that is where it ends. the saudi plan is B>S. and the arab league cannnot do anything for israeli security. The answer for israeli is to get an independent kurdistan
9. ROCKY ..YOU COULD HAVE BEEN
SYLVESTER ALLONE ,   SAFED OBVIOUS   (08.22.15)
You could have been a Contender....
10. Okay...NOW just GO FOR IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Chris Rettenmoser ,   Bayerisch Gmain Germ   (08.22.15)
11. maybe yaalon was right to hesitate at the time
marcel   (08.22.15)
ehud barak managed the marmora, almost a disasterr for israeli commandos. So given that iron dome and even david sling are not fully operational at that time, it was probably a good decision as hezbollha would have launched 10,000 missiles probably killing 5000 israelis. In the next while, israeli willbe ready. Howver, bibi cannot take such a dicision. He simply lacks guts, much like herzog, livni lapid and merridor. Thye all lack guts. Yaalon will have to do this on his own. wirh the miliary. Bibi sadly has no conception of leading and organizing a dangerous mission.
12. Gabi Ashkenazi
C   (08.22.15)
chomsky wants ashkenazi to become prime minister. that says it all. it must be said in his defence that he inherited a broken army from olmert, peretz, halutz.
13. Barak talks too much
C   (08.22.15)
barak obviously did not have sufficient influence with netanyahu to change the dynamics in the security cabinet.
14. Sagacity
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (08.23.15)
It might be time to talk publicly. Instead of plotting Pearl Harbor-style cakewalks, it might be time to consider how wise it would be to engage in intercontinental radiation war against a country of 80 million. How really would the survivors of the original 80 million react to having radiation and fallout all over their country? How might they react? Might they shoot back? Would they just quietly take their black suicide capsules and all lay down? How would Israel cope with the aftermath? Could Israel prevent fallout in India, Pakistan and China? Would the UN or US be relevant if Israel starts such a war?
15. Bestseller
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (08.23.15)
With Netanyahu doing the publicity, the book will probably become a New York Times bestseller.
