As long as an international narrative claims that the state of Israel has been created as a consequence of the Shoah, on a territory belonging to a "Palestinian people", and since 1967 occupying even more land of that territory and transferring civilian population into it, in violation of the "Fourth Geneva Convention", then Israel will remain a target for opposing the legitimacy of its very existence!!! Did you, Prof. Kontorovich, as an expert in International Law, ever claim that the revival of an Independent Jewish State was taken in 1920 during the "San Remo Conference" (as well as the creation of Syria-Lebanon and Iraq), and put under legal form by a unanimous vote by all the 51 members of the League of Nations in 1922, called the "Mandate for Palestine"? Did you ever claim, Prof. Kontorovich, that the League's Mandate gave the Jews the "Irrevocable Right" to settle anywhere on the territory between, at least, the Sea and the Jordan River, including the Golan Heights? Did you ever, Prof. Kontorovich, mention that the United Nations reaffirmed the Mandate for Palestine in its Charter, under Article 80? Did you ever mention that Article 80 was embedded in UNSC Resolution 242, as explained by its author? Did you, Prof. Kontorovich , ever explain that the "Fourth Geneva Convention" can't be applied to Israel, because the so called "territories" are not a "High Contracting Party" but a residual part of the "Mandate for Palestine" intended to belong to the Jewish state? And last but not least, did you ever claim that what is called today the "Palestinian people" are mainly Arab migrants that entered Palestine from the surrounding countries in search for a better life by working for the Jews who revived the country, a phenomena that Europe is confronted with today? Dear Prof. Kontorovich, if all above is indeed part of your "Hasbara", then I wish you to succeed in your mission, and please consider my writing as none existing.

that whatever the Professor thinks of the efficacy of the BDS movement in achieving its stated goals of advancing a 2 state solution, he doesn't state whether or not he supports a 2 state solution, and what, as an international relations lawyer, he thinks can be done to end the oppression of 4.5 million people who have lived under an oppressive occupation for nearly 55 years. Also, if doesn't like the tactics of the Palestinians and those who support their self-determination, specifically what tactics does he recommend?
