With every respect to the tragedy for this couple,and the unfortunate fact that grief can drive certain people to breaking point, there is something not right in this woman's behavior. From the start she couldn't stop grabbing microphones and drawing attention to herself. She has been over-keen to be in front of cameras.
This is not about her, or about this sudden need - not just to pray but to use a site she knows is a tinderbox - it is about the loss of a 13 year old girl who never get the opportunity to see the world as she would have wanted it.

there is something not quite "together" here, and this inflammatory request needs to be taken in that context. Most of the ordinary folk of Israel are not in favor of putting the rest of the population - and our soldiers - at risk because personal prayer is not enough for someone whose idea of grief is to bring herself into the limelight.
