aharon barak already showed on the political field that judical activism equals antidemocratic and anti rule of law behavior. The slippery slope from the judical dictature in the political field to the one in the supposed criminal field is never far away. In all leftwing dictatures - whether communist of national socialist - the judciary acted through the criminal channels to impose their will and destroy anyone not bowing to them.
The Israeli judicary showed again that is spits on the poeple and the rule of law!
