We do not know what goes on behind the greater scope of things BUT the status quo has to be altered in a dramatic way. Israel has LOST its perception of deterrence and the enemy both Hamas and Hezboallah are circling like carrion to pick the body of Israel clean. Time for a dramatic paradigm shift is yesterday, now and forever. Israel has lost the grudging respect of the Arab combatant!!!

The Gazans have to be protected against themselves. Also Israel has the right of protection. When will the liberation of Gaza begin? The Gaza-strip belongs to Israel, just as Jerusalem, Tel Aviv and Haifa, for example.
