Sharia will not be the basis for any laws. Civil law will be the law of the land.

The creation of Palestine will mark the end to all hostilities, in all forms.

Incarcerated prisoners who have been found guilty of murder or attempted murder will serve out their entire sentences.

There will be complete and total unencumbered commerce between the two states.

If and when the people of Gaza vote to become part of Palestine, they will enjoy the same rights and responsibilities as the residents of Palestine.

Palestine, as a state within the country of Israel, will have no standing army. It will be allowed to have its own State Police Force to monitor and patrol the highways and to act as Law Enforcement in the towns and villages too small to support a local police force.

the plan may not be good for Israel. so keep quiet.and don't take a deal because you feel pressure. if it is no good, then say so and don't act like a scared rabbit.

most of the peace plans have only caused more terror. defensible borders are the key.
