it would be only fair ,dear ynet, if you you would add that uri heitner writes for
JNS and Israel hayom and a staunch supporter of the likud ,which is fine.
He is entitled to express his opinion ,it seems the media outlets he writes for
are not really being read, but used for other purposes.
His ideas and calls are old and not very creative and actually ,if followed will
keep us and our children in the continueing political madness we live in.
All these ideas will lead to a NON jewish state.
Its time for fresh approaches ,with young politicians in all parties and new
journalists too. ( paid propaganda journalists who receive their salaries fom
the deep pockets of an old, fragile americam billionare with a funny world view are really not qualified to try to feed us old ideas.)

7. above
moishe   (08.13.19)
annex just like Russia and USA did. why is Israel different?
8. The writer has conveniently forgotten something
Anonymous   (08.13.19)
Doing what the writer suggests means that there will never be peace, i.e perpetual conflict in which the sons and daughters of israel and Palestine will continue to die. Delusional ideas about strength brings peace did not work. Israel must decide whether it wants peace or land, you can not have both. This said, the same applies to the Palestinians who should also abandon wishful thinking and move towards a historic compromise.

Sadly, I believe there will be a lot more bloodshed for decades before the two sides come to terms with reality which is a terrible tragedy.
9. Then israel will have to absorb 3 million new citizen
TheWall   (08.13.19)
Whether israel wants or doesn' , there are no choices no options.
That will start the process of turning israel "jewish" state with 68% Jewish population, to 50/50 Palestinian-Jewish state.
10. U can do all of this, but with no peace, security or stability

11. can't have peace AND the west bank
barry ,   north providence   (08.13.19)
Israelis are fools if they think they can live in peace and deny Palestinians their national aspirations. There are too many Arabs, too many Muslims, too many anti-semites (who have lots of oil the world lusts for) for this to be stable.
As an outsider, I can't see why Israelis want to rule Arab sections of East Jerusalem, why not let them have their capital there and deal with all the urban problems.
12. Annex Judea/Samaria. Foster "Palestinian" departure
Chaim ,   Israel   (08.13.19)
Step One: Annex the Jordan Valley and all Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.

Step Two: Take a REAL census of the "Palestinian" population of Judea and Samaria. The number is a fraction of those claimed by the PA and Israeli leftists. We also know a large proportion of "Palestinians" want to leave. They have been telling pollsters this for decades. Create a financial plan for "Palestinian" departure.

Step Three: Annex all of Judea and Samaria.
13. Judea and Samaria: what exactly is the problem here? Not
(08.13.19)
sounding Hebrew enough for European ears?!!???
14. Nor annexation nor separation will bring peace
Avi L.   (08.14.19)
Nor annexation nor separation will bring peace, nothing will, unless you are the size of China
