3. Netanyahu has not been convicted of any crime
C   (09.27.19)
in democratic countries, there is a presumption of innocence.
until such time that netanyahu is convicted of crimes in a
court of law, there is no reason why he cannot be prime minister.
gantz ought to be ashamed of himself for jeopardising the state
rather than cooperating in forming a unity government.
4. end this charade
jake   (09.27.19)
bibi and shteinitz are forever crying wolf, 2 chronic worriers and nervous Nellies. gantz and lapid both were atrocious in the gaza war and now worse are reportedly taking some advice from olmert, a security flop. so forget about them.

lieberman should be the pm. he has the guts to take on Iran. bibi lacks guts and gantz lacks drive. and lapid is a dunce who learned all what he knows listening to his dad and his best friend olmert.

vote leiberman for pm.
5. With War and Threats From Iran Looming
lal ram ,   Wolverhampton, UK   (09.27.19)
With threats and war looming with Iran, Gantz should step aside or stand side by side with Bibi for the survival of Israel. The Iran threat is real, and war imminent with Iran, it is only the might of Israel's IDF and IAF preventing Iran from all out war. The Almighty God will not let Israel be put to shame. Israel will prevail. Gantz should set aside his ambitions.
6. US War with Iran
Mark ben Josef ,   USA   (09.28.19)
"Energy Minister Yuval Steinitz warned that tensions between Iran and the United States were reaching a breaking point and a unity government deal was needed to stave off the threat of conflict."

Isn't that exactly what Netanyahu has wanted for decades - the US at war with Iran? Seems like a Netanyahu life goal.
7. out with the old-new elections needed
earl   (09.28.19)
as much as election fatigue has set in, new elections are needed. why? To throw out the old same old. bibi- one of the more gutless leaders racked by personal fears which paralyze him from taking major action-good finance or tourism minister-should not be anywhere near security.

gantz was a flop in the gaza war if you Israelis take the time to read the shapira report instead of believing in media fairy tales about gantz.. if you look back further from madhat yusef fiasco or second nasrollah war, he is not the fighting general that Israel needs.

lapid- aside from correctly insisting that haredi get some basics and do idf duty, he is a failed oslo fanatic blind to the reality of what hamas will do if he vacates the west bank which he would do,e ven the jordan valley.not only that, but lapid is highly influenced by olmert in my opinion, and that is deadly for Israel as olmert was the worst in his concessions and lack of understanding of defensible borders.

so bring on new leaders-bennett, barkat, saar, lieberman, and others from other spectrum.

Israel would be making a huge mistake to rely on a bibi/gantz govt as both are flops.
