We do not yet know who carried out the attack on the synagogue in Germany and my condolences to the victims But the response by many fellow Jews will be predictable. If it was a White German neo-nazi they will say it is proof all White European are murderous Jew-haters and our enemies, even those who pretend not to be. But if it is a Muslim migrant they will say that not all Muslims are like that, only a small minority and we must reach out to our Muslim brothers and not let our two communities be divided.

Germany must act now to defeat and destroy anti-semitism and other criminal hatred.. If that does not happen that country must be punished in a very hard and heavy way by the rest of the countries and the rest of humankind. The world had more than enough patience with Germany since 1945. Jewish and Israeli people, please go to Israel.

As a German, I'm very sorry about what happened. I can say for myself that I appreciate Jewish people very much and that I am very impressed how in only a few decades Israel has become a beautiful democratic modern country. I regret and reject the fanaticism of a minority against the Jewish people. I would nevertheless recommend every Jewish person to visit Germany and form their own opinion!
