While the auto-didacts should be praised, nevertheless machine learning requires mastering of some very complicated mathematics and even the deep learning requires good understanding of discrete derivatives of high dimensions' functions and very advanced optimization methods, none of which is a piece of cake. Luckily for all them crooks and demagogues the profession of computer programmer is not licensed and therefore we have a lot low quality 'programmers' producing a lot of low quality applications...
