VIDEO - IDF in Gaza, but Qassams keep on landing: Gunmen fired two Qassam rockets from the northern Gaza area at Israel Sunday morning. One rocket hit a house in a southern neighborhood in Sderot, and one person sustained light-to-moderate injuries. Three people suffered shock as a result of the attack. The man was evacuated to the Barzilai Hospital in Ashkelon in moderate condition after sustaining shrapnel injuries to the torso and limbs. Following the attack, the IDF started firing artillery rounds at rocket launching pads in the northern Gaza Strip. The rocket hit the house of Shlomo Ohayon, an employee of the Sderot Municipality. One of his sons told Ynet: "While we were inside the house we heard a blast. The rocket hit the roof and fell into the attic, near the bathroom. There's a lot of mess here, everyone woke up in panic. this was a great miracle – it could have resulted with a lot more casualties." 'A lot of panic' Ohayon's neighbor said: "We heard a very loud explosion. I ran outside frightened and saw the rocket penetrate the roof. The entire family was inside and there was plenty of turmoil and quite a lot of panic there. Magen David Adom teams, firefighters and police forces are in the place. We are lucky that a greater disaster did not occur." 'Qassam penetrated roof' (Photo: Tzfrir Abayov) Several Qassam rockets have already landed in the place in the past. This time damage was cause to Ohayon's house and windshields were smashed in neighboring houses. Since the onset of the IDF's current operation in Gaza, 47 Palestinians have been killed by the army, but the military activity has so far failed in putting an end to the rocket fire. More then 20 rockets were fired at the western Negev over the weekend. 'How much longer can we go on?' Another town resident, Shlomo Moyal, recounted the moments of anxiety: "We were at the synagogue praying when we heard the Red Dawn alert system go off. Then a loud explosion was heard and the rocket landed very close to the synagogue." "I ran there and entered the Ohayon house to see if they needed help. All the family members were sitting on the stairs inside in a state of shock. I made sure that there were no wounded other than panic casualties and the one injured man that was evacuated. The damage to the house is huge," he described. "Unfortunately, this is a rocket-stricken area. More than a 100 rockets landed in a 10-meter radius and in the nearby vicinity. How much longer can we go on like this?" he asked. Hanan Greenberg contributed to the report
