350 march through Vienna to protest Israel's offensive in southern Lebanon

About 350 people marched through central Vienna on Saturday to protest Israel's military campaign in southern Lebanon.

Demonstrators carried a banner that read, "Stop the Israeli terror war," as they walked along a ring road circling downtown Vienna and headed to the US Embassy for speeches denouncing the three-week-old offensive against Lebanon-based Hizbullah militants, who had crossed into Israel and captured Israeli soldiers.
