Rabbi suspected of putting Din Moser on army general

Rabbi Yisrael Ariel, chief Justice of the Special Court for Matters Concerning the Nation and the State, has been taken in for questioning by Jerusalem Police.
He is suspected of placing a Din Moser (halachic “duty” to eliminate a Jew who intends to turn another Jew in to non-Jewish authorities) on IDF Central Command Chief Maj.-Gen. Yair Naveh. (Efrat Weiss)
