2 more Palestinians die of wounds from infighting

Early Wednesday, two more Palestinians died of wounds, from hostile Gaza infighting, hospital officials said. They were not immediately identified.

Battles over security positions spread to central Gaza in the predawn hours of Wednesday, and gunmen fought for control of high-rise buildings in Gaza City. Frightened civilians were trapped in their homes. (AP)
