Bahai leader dies at 95
The leader of the Bahai community, Ali-Muhammad Varqa, has died, the Bahai World Center in the Israeli port city of Haifa said Monday in a statement.


Varqa, 95, served as the “Hand of the Cause”, a lifetime appointment, for 52 years until his death, according to center officials. He died at his home in Haifa, the center said in a statement. (AP)
