UN meeting on Gaza postponed
President of the UN General Assembly, Miguel d'Escoto, announced that the meeting scheduled for Thursday night on the fighting in Gaza will be postponed.
He decided to postpone the meeting due to the fact that members of the Security Council were still working on the correct format for a UN resolution calling for an immediate ceasefire in Gaza. (Yitzhak Benhorin, Washington)
