French organizations call for trial of Israel
Ninety French organizations intend to submit a lawsuit against the Israeli government to the International Court of Justice in The Hague on charges of war crimes, pursuant to Operation Cast Lead.
According to the organization, the "war crimes" include a disproportionate military response, high civilian casualty rate and damage of civilian property. (AFP)
