Hamas to Egypt: We reject Israeli truce draft
A member of the Hamas delegation in Cairo, Salah al-Bardawil, said that the organization made it clear to the Egyptian mediators that it rejects the Israeli proposal for a truce on the grounds that Israel would like to establish a 500-yard security corridor in the Gaza Strip, and on the issue of Gilad Shalit.

Bardawil said that Hamas is displaying flexibility in the negotiations on Cairo and that the organization will draft a stance on each issue within the coming days. (Ali Waked)
