Shabtai Rosenne, Turkel Committee member, dies

Professor Shabtai Rosenne, awarded the 1960 Israel Prize for Jurisprudence and the 2004 Hague Prize for International Law, died from a cardiac arrest in his house, a spokesperson for the committee reported.
