WikiLeaks: Israel has 'significant trade ties' with Iraq

Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu told an American senator about a year and a half ago that Israel and Iraq are conducting "significant trade ties which the public is unaware of," according to a US cable revealed on the WikiLeaks website.

According to the report, Netanyahu refused to elaborate on the matter but noted that the commerce was taking place through Jordan. (Ronen Medzini)
