Brazil, India, Portugal oppose draft of UN sanctions on Libya

Representatives of Brazil, India and Portugal to the UN Security Council opposed the wording of the resolution to place sanctions against Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's regime. As result, the voting to approve the decision was postponed. The representatives demanded to exclude the recommendation to transfer the case to the International Criminal Court immediately.
