Ronson, who produced albums for Amy Winehouse and Lily Allen, visited Israel in December 2008 and gave three performances in Tel Aviv.
Ayelet Yagil wrote of his first concert here, "Yesterday's performance was one of the best Israel has seen in recent years, one that caused the audience to walk out with shining eyes and a slight expression of shock. It seemed that both parts of the equation, the musicians on the stage and the viewers in the audience, enjoyed themselves equally.
"The Israeli audience showered Ronson with love, and he wouldn't stop explaining why he insisted on coming here and how excited he was to be here… Like a good host in the coolest party in town, Ronson creates the atmosphere and then takes one step back to let the magic between the singer and audience happen on its own."
