Watch multi-barrel rocket launch from Gaza

The rocket barrages fired from the Gaza Strip on Saturday evening were launched using a multi-barrel rocket launcher, the Islamic Jihad has claimed in a new clip it has published. According to the terror group, it was the first time such a device has been used in Gaza.

The device, which was mounted on a vehicle, launched the rockets at a quick rate, reminiscent of the fire power demonstrated by Hezbollah in the Second Lebanon War. Watch the clip:

The group claimed responsibility for the rocket salvos, which came in response to the killing of five of its operatives who were gunned down by the IAF earlier on Saturday as they prepared to launch a Grad rocket at Israel.

According to the IDF, the terror cell that had been targeted was the same cell that fired the Grad rocket at Ashdod on Wednesday evening.
