Palestinian woman caught with knife near Emmanuel
The Hebron region police department arrested a 32-year-old Palestinian woman near the fence of the town of Emmanuel in possession of a large knife. According to the woman, she came to the area in order to carry out a stabbing attack. She has been transferred for further questioning. (Yair Altman)
