Activists: Syrian forces raid university; 4 killed
Activists and opposition groups say security forces have stormed student dorms at a university in northwestern Syria following anti-government protests there, killing at least four students and wounding several others.
Student activist Thaer al-Ahmed says security forces and pro-regime gunmen fired tear gas and live ammunition to disperse the students at Aleppo University after entering the students' residences late Wednesday night. He said raids and intermittent gunfire continued until early Thursday morning. (AP)
