Tel Aviv: Soldiers ordered not to leave Kirya base

A heightened state of alert has been declared at the Kirya base in Tel Aviv following the explosion on a bus on nearby Shaul Hamelech St.

In addition, soldiers have been instructed not to leave the base. (Yoav Zitun)
