Justice Menachem Elon dies
Former Deputy Chief Justice Menachem Elon died Wednesday. He was 89.
Elon served as a justice on the Israeli Supreme Court between 1977 and 1993. A prolific author on traditional Jewish law, he was also a presidential candidate in 1983. (Aviel Magnezi)
