A 43-year-old man from the Bat-Ayin settlement was arrested Monday for suspected stone hurling and tree felling in April. The allegations refer to the cutting of some 100 trees belonging to Palestinians.
The suspect admitted to have throwing stones and threatening a Palestinian, but denied to felling the trees. After the investigation, he was released, and the Judea and Samaria police intends to file an indictment against him. (Itamar Fleishman)
