Russian report: Israel carried out Syria strike from Turkish base
Russian news website RT reported that according to a reliable source, the Israeli Air Force used a military base in Turkey to attack the weapons base in the Syrian port city of Latakia last week.
According to the source, the Israeli jets took off from a Turkish base and reached Latakia from sea in order to not penetrate Syria's airspace. (Ynet)
