Palestinian Minister: Israel's decision is great achievement
Palestinian Minister of Prisoner Affairs Issa Karaka said that "the Israeli government's decision to release 104 prisoners is a great achievement that strengthens the just peace in the region and is a step towards the release of all jailed prisoners."
He added that the prisoners' release will be executed in stages a month after the beginning of negotiations. (Elior Levy)
