Syria: At least 26 killed in violence near Damascus, Daraa

At least 26 people, including a woman and two children, were killed on Sunday in Syria in army airstrikes, skirmishes between rebels and regime forces near Damascus and in a car-bomb near Daraa, human rights groups reported.


On Sunday, the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights reported that since the uprising against President Bashar Assad began in March 2011 about 110,000 people were killed. (AFP)
