Hezbollah's Al-Manar television network released photos of an eagle that was caught by recreational hunters. According to the report, the eagle was planted with a spy transmitter, and a copper piece that was attached to its leg had captions associated with the Tel Aviv University and Israel.
Al-Manar noted that this type of spying is not new, and in recent years Saudi Arabia, Turkey and Egypt captured birds that were planted with Israeli intelligence devices. (Roi Kais)
