State Prosecutor Moshe Lador adopted the position of the Central District Prosecutor's Office and – moments before he retires from his post – decided to close the investigation against Emmanuel Rosen. Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein asked to review the file, but there is a slim chance that he will change Lador's decision.
A final decision about closing the case is expected soon. The Central District Prosecutor's Office recommended a month ago not to try the noted journalist, even before a hearing was held. (Aviel Magnezi)
