UN: Ban considering 'options' for Syria peace conference
UN leader Ban Ki-moon is "dismayed" by actions by Iran and other parties invited to this week's Syria peace conference, and is considering "options" on the future of the talks, his spokesperson said Monday.

"Iran, despite assurances provided orally to the secretary general, has made a disappointing public statement" about conditions for the conference, spokesperson Martin Nesirky told reporters. (AFP)
