Nabil Abu Rudeineh, spokesperson for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas, said that "the Palestinians will not sign a framework agreement or a final agreement that do not represent the Palestinian positions."
The crucial positions: no Palestinians state without east Jerusalem as its capital, a country based on the 1967 borders, and a refusal to recognize Israel as a Jewish State. He added that there needs to be just solution to the refugee problem and to release the Palestinian prisoners. Abu Rudeineh said that Abbas will present these positions at his meeting with Kerry on Thursday afternoon. (Elior Levy)
