Based on this evidence, as well as false evidence given by the state witness, Felician was indicted for murder of two and attempted murder of others in the Barnoar shooting case.
Felician was charged with the murder of Nir Katz and Liz Turbeshi and the attempted murder of others at the Barnoar LGBT center in 2009. According to the indictment, Felician sought revenge against center manager at the time Shaul Ganon, who allegedly raped Felician's brother.
Charges against Felician were dropped on Sunday. He was sent home two weeks ago after being imprisoned for nearly nine months.
