Political star Kachlon vows new party will serve 'people, not power'

Former Likud minister Moshe Kachlon, who is considered a promising center-right candidate who could change the political dynamic in Israel, reiterated his plan to form a political party and said "I am forming a political framework of my own. I was part of a strong (party), but I am doing this for our future and the future of our kids.

"I arrived at the conclusion that we need a different platform, with its own agenda and own people – innocent people with no foreign interests, professionals who are not afraid to serve people and not power." He made the comments before a group of students in Haifa.
