Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman met with his Russian counterpart Sergei Lavrov in Moscow on Monday. The ministers discussed ways to continue improving relations and cooperation, and signed a memorandum of understanding between the two foreign ministries.
Lieberman told Lavrov that "Israel is closely following the negotiations with Tehran. We prefer no deal at all to a bad deal, and are keeping all options on the table." Lieberman also emphasized Israel's stances regarding events on its northern border.
