High Court orders state to dismantle nine settler homes built on Palestinian land
A three-judge High Court panel headed by Judge Asher Grunis (res) had ordered the state to dismantle nine homes in the settlement of Ofra which it says were built on Palestinian land.
The judges gave the state two years to follow through with the demolition, giving the families who have been living there for the past years time to find alternative housing.
