IDF destroys tunnel discovered during Operation Protective Edge

IDF destroyed on Monday a Hamas tunnel that had been discovered during Operation Protective Edge that stretched from Kibbutz Nahal Oz in Israel to the neighborhood of Saja'iyya. The route of the tunnel had been controlled by the IDF since the summer war with Gaza.

The IDF force that destroyed the tunnel operated on Israeli territory near the border with Gaza and found several old weapons at the site.
