Turkish President Erdogan speaks to President Rivlin

Turkish President Recip Erdogan called President Rivlin on Wednesday to send his condolences to the families of the Israelis killed in the terror attacks in Istanbul.

The last time the Turkish President spoke with high ranking Israeli officials was three years ago.
