Un Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon arrived in Haiti on Saturday for a firsthand look at a sliver of the extensive damage left by Hurricane Matthew.
Stepping out of a UN jet at the airport in Haiti's capital of Port-au-Prince, Ban was greeted by Prime Minister Enex Jean-Charles. The pair boarded a helicopter for the storm-damaged southern city of Les Cayes, where Ban was to visit one of many schools serving as emergency shelters for families who lost homes.
